How does Tonogram work?
Describe what your song should be about, pay from 129 SEK via Swish, card (Apple Pay, Klarna & Amazon Pay), PayPal or bank transfer, and receive your personal AI-generated song within 12–48 hours — often faster.
Can I pay with Klarna?
Yes — if Klarna is offered in the card checkout you can choose to pay later or split the payment. Otherwise you can easily pay with Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Visa or Mastercard — we also accept Swish, PayPal and bank transfer.
Can I use the song however I want?
Yes. Once you've paid, you fully own the song and may do whatever you want with it – play it privately, post on social media, use it in company channels or in your own video.
What packages and prices do you offer?
Song costs 129 SEK, Duo 229 SEK, Trio 299 SEK, Quad 349 SEK and Song + AI video 999 SEK. The Big Bang Pack is 499 SEK and includes 5 unique WAV songs, express delivery and no audio signature – regular value 775 SEK, saving 276 SEK.
What is express delivery?
For +99 SEK you get express delivery within 1–12 hours. If you don't receive the songs within 12 hours, you keep them free and we refund the full amount — including the express fee.
What happens if my song is late?
We have a money-back guarantee: standard orders are delivered within 12–48 hours, express within 12 hours, counted from registered payment. If we miss the deadline, you get both the songs AND a full refund. No excuses.
Can I get the song in any language?
Yes! Just describe the desired language in your order. You can even mix multiple languages in the same song – e.g. a verse in Spanish and a chorus in Swedish with English touches.
Can I mix genres and music styles?
Absolutely! Describe your dream combination – e.g. "rock with salsa influences" or "hip-hop meets schlager". We'll create your unique style.

Can I change the song afterwards?
Every song is produced uniquely and started right away, so free re-dos are not included. You can however change your description freely as long as production hasn't started – email info@tonogram.se with your order number. If you want several versions to choose from, Duo (229 SEK), Trio (299 SEK) or Quad (349 SEK) is the best route: you get 2–4 completely different songs from the same brief.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. As long as the order is unpaid you can simply not pay — unpaid orders expire automatically after 14 days. If you have paid but production hasn't started, email info@tonogram.se with your order number and we'll cancel and refund the full amount.
Do you offer refunds?
You get a full refund if we miss the delivery window (12–48 hours standard, 1–12 hours express) or if you cancel before production starts. Refunds go back to the original payment method within a few banking days. Since every song is created uniquely for you, an already delivered song can't be refunded.
Can I print a QR code and give the song as a physical gift?
Yes! Your delivery page includes a ready-made QR code (one per song if you ordered several) that you can print or download as a PNG. Put it in a card, an envelope or under the tree – the recipient scans the code and gets their personal song instantly.
